Background & Experience

My practice has been shaped by many years of walking alongside individuals, children, families and the elderly through life's many seasons. From supporting people through times of illness, emotional challenges, grief, change and uncertainty, to offering a quiet, compassionate space to reflect and grow, I bring many years of experience together with a calm, steady presence and a deep respect for each person's unique journey.
