Meditation is a journey, not a quick fix, but with gentle guidance, it can become a lifelong source of support, resilience, and inner wisdom.

I offer both individual guided spiritual meditations and a 6-week online Introduction to Meditation course, designed to help you build a regular practice and experience the benefits in your everyday life.

Cathy is a trained Gateway Meditation Teacher, offering grounded, supportive guidance for those beginning or deepening their meditation practice.
