I bring extensive experience and training from around the world, including shamans in Peru and New Zealand, spiritual healers in Brazil, and courses at The Arthur Findlay College and other renowned centres. I combine these learnings to create a compassionate and tailored approach for every client.

Practices Offered:

  • Reiki: Reiki is a Japanese spiritual healing tradition that channels universal life-force energy. Sessions can bring calm, relaxation, and emotional release.
  • The 5 Awakenings Sequence: This practice combines energy medicine and play therapy through colour drawing. It’s helpful for processing past experiences and is suitable for adults and children.
  • Shamanic Healing & Energy Medicine: This connects spiritual and physical worlds to restore energy and balance using tools like drums, rattles, and herbs. It is ideal for those feeling emotionally overwhelmed or stressed.
