For physical products sold through The Remedy Box online shop
Last updated: 10/8/26
This policy applies to physical products purchased through The Remedy Box online shop. It does not apply to consultations, treatments, courses or other practitioner services, which are covered by separate Terms & Conditions.
Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout and may vary according to destination, parcel weight, dimensions and the selected delivery service.
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 2-3 working days. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by postal or courier delays outside our control.
Delivery is available within the United Kingdom. International delivery may also be available to selected destinations, as shown at checkout. Available destinations may change depending on courier availability, customs requirements, sanctions, import restrictions and other circumstances.
International customers are responsible for ensuring that products may legally be imported into their destination country.
International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import VAT, duties, taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country or delivery provider. Unless expressly stated at checkout that such charges have been prepaid, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Customs procedures may delay international deliveries.
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you will normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to any applicable legal exceptions.
To cancel, please contact theremedybox@gmail.com within the cancellation period and provide your name and order details. After notifying us that you wish to cancel, please return the goods within 14 days.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning them.
Products should be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold. You may inspect the product as you reasonably would in a shop, but an appropriate deduction may be made from the refund if handling has reduced the value of the product, where permitted by law.
Where a cancellation right applies, refunds will be processed within the period required by law after the returned goods are received or acceptable evidence of return is supplied.
Where applicable, the refund will include the price paid for the product and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order. If a more expensive delivery service was chosen, the additional delivery cost is not normally refundable.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Please contact us as soon as possible if an order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or incorrect. Please provide the order details and, where helpful, photographs showing the problem and the packaging in which the product arrived.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. Where goods are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, an appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer law.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at theremedybox@gmail.com
We will investigate the delivery with the relevant postal or courier provider.
Please contact us before returning a product so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
