Online Shop Terms & Conditions

Scope

These Online Shop Terms & Conditions apply to physical products purchased through The Remedy Box online shop. They are separate from the Terms & Conditions governing practitioner appointments, consultations and other services provided by The Remedy Box.

Products

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and other information displayed on the website are accurate. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screens, printing processes and individual production runs.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product. You will receive confirmation after placing your order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing error has occurred or we cannot deliver to the address provided. If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot fulfil, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Prices

Product prices will be clearly displayed on the website. Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be shown before the customer completes the purchase.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed and agreed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.

Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Orders will not normally be dispatched until payment has been successfully received.

Delivery

Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. More detailed delivery arrangements are contained in the Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these shop terms.

International Sales

We may offer international shipping to selected destinations. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for complying with applicable import requirements in their country.

Customs duties, import taxes and other destination-country charges may apply. Unless the checkout expressly states that these charges have been prepaid, they will normally be payable by the recipient.

International availability may be changed or restricted where necessary.

Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Rights to cancel an online purchase and return products are explained in the Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits statutory consumer rights.

Faulty Goods

Products supplied must comply with applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts legal rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.

Intellectual Property

The written content and original concepts created by Cathy Presto/The Remedy Box, together with artwork, design, layout and publishing elements created or provided in collaboration with Noble Legacy, are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of copyright or other intellectual property rights. The cards, guidebook, artwork and associated materials may not be copied, scanned, reproduced, republished, distributed electronically, adapted for resale or incorporated into another commercial product without the permission of the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

The Healing Discovery Cards and accompanying guidebook may be used for personal and professional practice, including appropriate use of the purchased physical product with individual clients or groups.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to applicable consumer law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Online Shop Terms & Conditions from time to time. The terms applicable to an individual purchase will normally be those in force when that order was placed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom. Consumers retain any mandatory legal protections that apply to them according to their place of residence.
